($65k - $75k)

The Internal Operations Manager owns and manages Internal Operations projects and initiatives. These initiatives focus on process improvement and measuring internal efficiencies. Internal Operations works with other departments to investigate areas for improvement and manages the scope and implementation of these changes.

The Internal Operations Manager reports to the Director of Business Operations.

  • Performs discovery tasks like investigating/scoping new features, projects, and fixes
  • Implements the Internal Operations roadmap
  • Works with Business Systems on joint projects
  • Helps build and maintain Business Operations Roadmap
  • Works with Business Systems on Platform enhancements
  • Works with department managers to design and implement solutions
  • Works with department managers to monitor and enforce SOP compliance
  • Measures user impact and success of internal operations implementations
  • Provides Operations reports to managers
  • Defines scope for process improvement projects
  • Ensures SOPs align with company policies
  • Oversees change management and training for departments
  • SME on operational policies and procedures
  • Design and develop metrics and reports to drive key business decisions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years in online product management, online product development, online project management and/or online customer service role
  • Self-motivated and organized with excellent communications skills
  • A desire to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Ability to translate user feedback into scoped initiatives
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment
  • Strong influence capabilities with the ability to lead a team without having direct reporting influence
  • A collaborative approach towards projects

Internal Operations Manager
($65k - $75k)

  • A desire to make change and ability to lead change management efforts
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Deep understanding of the core workflows within a Trust/Custodian Financial Services Firm

EDUCATION:

  • Degree in marketing/product management/project management/IT or relevant work experience
