International Distribution (Account) Manager (full time in person Newnan, GA)

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to execute on ambitious sales goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work with senior management to develop the corporate sales strategy from the ground up and see that strategy come to fruition. Candidates should display excellent initiative and be a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with senior management to plan, direct and control the wholesale sales strategy for the company

· Design and implement a strategic sales plan

· Identify and establish relationships with International distributors and customers

· Collaborate on establishing pricing strategy for different territories

· Negotiate profitable pricing and/or terms of sales

· Planning, targeting and forecasting territory sales

· Develop sales and marketing budgets for specific territories

· Provide regular reporting of results, trends and competitive information

· Track sales KPIs

· Work with other department heads to establish a streamlined marketing, sales and distribution strategy

· Recruit, train oversee distributors in international markets

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· At least 3-5 years’ experience selling to national and/or international markets

· Demonstrated leadership, management and communication skills

· Self-motivated and self-directed

· Ability to work independently with little supervision

· Experience in wholesale food sales a plus

· Detail-oriented

· Ability to travel on occasion as needed

· Sales management experience a plus
