Job Description :

This is an In-house position in Orlando, FL. This is not a work-from-home position.

  • Microsoft 365 - MS-900 Fundamentals or higher.
  • Any CompTIA certifications.

Job Description

  • Assist users in accessing and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
  • Install all new technology including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware.
  • Onboard and offboard users (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and desktop/mobile needs).
  • Review security monitoring systems to ensure protection from cybersecurity threats
  • Write clear, detailed documentation.
  • Be affable and fun.
  • Focus on customer success.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education

  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience if no college degree.

Core Skills

  • You've touched these platforms: iOS, macOS and Windows (client).
  • Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve end-user technical support issues quickly and accurately (a desktop support wizard).
  • Technical support experience in iOS, macOS, and Windows mixed environments.
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 (users, Exchange, licensing).
  • Ability to organize work, establish priorities, meet established deadlines, and follow up on assignments.
  • Know when to ask for help.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
