Job Description :
- Oversight of PCI compliance and audits
- Manage O365 environment
- Maintain and manage HyperV environment
- Design, configure, support, and optimize infrastructure platform following best practices
- Implement systems improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Develop and implement systems and/or network standards, processes, and security.
- Design and develop automation to build and deploy applications and systems.
- Create, propose, and implement infrastructure standards with architecture and information Security.
- Consult during the onboarding of applications and ensure they are properly configured.
- Develop product roadmaps for tools supporting the business
- Maintain system documentation (est. best practices, configuration…).
- Communicate with vendors to obtain configurations and best practice recommendations.
- Help identify vendor skills & risks, and build processes to close those risks.
- Participate in planning, definition, high-level design, proof-of-concepts for the software solution and explore solution alternatives.
- Work through the entire life-cycle of planning, acquisition and deployment, operation management and maintaining system integrity
- Work with business stakeholders and suppliers to define high-level solutions
- Develop automation and processes to enable teams to deploy, manage, configure, scale and monitor their applications
- Running and maintaining a 24×7 production environment
- Implement systems improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Problem Analysis (identifying abnormalities, etc.) and resolution, monitoring and documenting
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance duties for supported environments
- Participate in the design and execution of production acceptance tests and new hardware evaluations
