· The Information Technology Manager is responsible for establishing the company’s IT vision. The IT manager will provide direction and expertise to the company on short and long term automation and technology issues and act as a hands on partner with managers on project delivery.

· Responsible for the security and integrity of all electronic company data, information systems processes, hardware, software, and purchasing.

· The IT Manager is also a hands-on developer experienced with architecture and solutioning based upon real life scenarios and skills of code development.

· The IT Manager will design, build and implement moderately complex products and features. The role will create innovative solutions by developing and implementing applications.

· Responsible for developing, testing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing technical solutions in support of major applications and business requirements.

· Write code that meets the project requirements and design specifications.

· Diagnose issues, evaluate, assist in the recommendation and execute the best resolution.

· Modify, enhance and implement existing and/or new software systems to support business initiatives.

· Responsible for overall technical fluidity of the company’s internal IT systems and programs.
