DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend and interact with the Service Desk queue and help users on phone. Create, escalate and close tickets using the WebHelpdesk Ticket System.

· Help users calling the Service Desk queue.

· Generate tickets and escalate the tickets in a need basis.

· Install/Remove applications when needed by Supervisor approval.

· Report Internet Outages or Phone outages to ISP/Telco Providers.

· Report any suspicious activity to immediate supervisor.

· Report any companywide/emergency issue to immediate supervisor.

· Travel to offices, if needed, to troubleshoot/replace PCs/Phones.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent

A+ Certified or equivalent

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
