Oxbo is seeking an IT Site Administrator- who will be responsible for the planning, deployment, maintenance and stability of the PC and server infrastructure at our Lynden, WA plant.

Position Requirements:

• Plan for and deploy Desktop and Laptop computers within the organization at the local site
• Provide technical support of PC hardware, operating systems and office applications to site users as required.
• Setup, maintain, and verify security for local domain users and servers.
• Maintain Documentation of Servers, PC’s, Laptops, and installed software at local site.
• Plan for, deploy, manage, and monitor network and telecom infrastructure at local site.
• Provide backup support for other corporate IT functions.
• Handling common incident tickets and service requests
• Keep Helpdesk portal up to date
• Arranging software licenses
• Management of workplaces
• Support service locations with IT needs
• Manage and/or participate on cross departmental project teams.
• May be required to work overtime.
• May travel as required to perform job functions.
• Perform other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma plus an associate degree in a related discipline plus four years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Knowledge of PC and networking standards.
• Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting methods.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
