ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. New PC Setup, including appropriate software packages such as operating systems, networking components and office applications.

2. Active Directory users, computers, groups etc., maintaining clean roles.

3. Serve as a TEIR I level support or TEIR II if experienced in such areas.

4. Replace or Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives on users’ premises.

5. Work on plant wide projects using hand tools, power tools, and mobile/areal equipment.

6. Network cable installation and repair.

7. Refers major hardware problems to service personnel for correction.

8. Provide telephone, in-person and online support to end-users.

9. Provide individual and group instruction, as needed, on the use of equipment and software, and on network features.

10. Troubleshooting and problem solving all types of IT related issues.

11. Inventory and shop area maintenance.

12. Any other tasked related to job function and safe working environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. One year of related work experience, education can substitute.

3. Must drive for company business, requiring a Motor Vehicle Records check with a favorable result meeting company policy requirement.

4. Must work after hour calls and overtime when needed.

5. CompTIA A+ certification preferred; we can help you obtain.

6. Basic knowledge of PC hardware.

7. Microsoft Operating Systems experience.

8. Basic mechanical skills.

9. Networking.

10. Microsoft DOS.

11. Microsoft Office.

12. Remote connection technologies.

Job Type: Full-time
