Responsible for setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems used to maintain computer and software networks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Gaining an in-depth knowledge of EMR System
• Attend weekly scheduled EMR trainings for all departments (scheduling, billing, etc.)
• Coordinate with in-house and contracted resources
• Graphic and Web design
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites
• Update, develop and maintain Company websites
• Maintain media presence by creating posts, flyers, announcements, etc., and analyze data to provide reporting to President/Vice President.
• Development of Office 365, Adobe Suite, and others as identified
• Resolving IT support requests from employees
• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
• Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
• Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• All other duties as assigned
• Comply with the Crow Therapies’ Comprehensive Compliance Plan (CCP) which includes but is not limited to: Business & Clinical Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, HIPAA/HITECH, Human

Resources and Code of Conduct as well as all facility policies and procedures and educational requirements associated the CCP

• Comply with all local, state and federal regulations training and instruction requirements as well as any other standards that govern healthcare services provision
• Build strong relations with referral sources to ensure proper messaging of Company beliefs and services offered

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
• In-depth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security
• A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
• Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid drivers’ license

EDUCATION:

• Prefer BS Degree in the Computer Sciences from accredited university.

EXPERIENCE:

• Medical office management or specialty position experience preferred
• Previous marketing or related field experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
