Search Solutions International, Inc is a small executive search firm specializing in the healthcare and legal industries.

What We Need:

Motivated, positive, solutions oriented IT Specialist/Systems Administrator for long term projects due to growth.

Provide helpdesk support for local and remote users. Isolate technical problems and escalating to proper IT Support group and work with them to resolve the issues. Install and configure laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Update and maintain IT assets to ensure operability and security. Support local manufacturing operations team, act as a site liaison between the local site and corporate IT and execute Global IT projects locally. Maintain site asset inventory. Some of the assets that you could provide us with: Experience with PC (Windows 10, OSX and IOS/ Android) and Apple products.

Hands-on experience with Windows Servers 2016/2019, Active Directory and Group Policy Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals MS

Preferred Qualifications:

MS Teams, Ring Central experience, MS OFFICE

RecruiterFlow, ATS/CRM experience, database experience

• Associate degree in related field or two years of experience as a technician. • Knowledge and experience in the basics of computer networking concepts, and management of Windows operating systems.

A+ certification is a plus.

• Ability to maintain a strict standard of confidentially of both personnel information and client data.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-sensitive environment to help achieve maximum efficiency and user satisfaction through proficient use of time and resources.

• Strong work ethic putting forth effort, persistence, and pride.

• Good people skills, displaying patience, kindness and a friendly attitude when assisting users.

• Team player mentality through relationships, cross-training, and being able to support other team members, being a valuable member of the team.

• Ability to write clear concise information in our ticket database and create knowledge documentation to share with peers and customers.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
