OVERVIEW:
The purpose of the IT Support Services Administrator is to provide end user support regarding use of technologies and to ensure the systems and services under their responsibility are optimized to ensure their availability and use for Members 1st members, staff and trusted. The IT Support Services Administrator role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This role would generally not have budgetary responsibility, but decisions may affect the services or products. In addition, the role will work under limited supervision and inspection of work. This role requires regular analysis of data and the ability to meet interpersonal, analytical and organizational demands.
With limited decision making, the key responsibilities of the IT Support Services Administrator include receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person or remote assist help at the desktop level. This role is responsible for providing the initial technical support to all staff in the central office and remote locations. This includes desktop/laptop computers, applications, phones, hardware, and printers. Working under moderate supervision, the problems encountered are generally simple in nature but may require analysis of data. Finally, the role will require normal courtesy, tact and diplomacy, which involves much personal contact with others.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may require in-person training.
