Job Description :

As the IT Support Specialist, you play a key role in maintaining day to day hardware and software activities and becoming the friendly face of IT for Kitchen Fresh end users. Using your knowledge and excelling in hardware and software is key to ensuring our end users have the right information at the right time on the right device, every time.

As a growing company there will be challenges that will allow for a multitude of new technologies and learning opportunities to grow. All help desk requests will be delegated to this role and if assistance is required, they will be escalated to insure we meet the needs of the business.

Key areas for this role are developing relationships with end users and providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

· Deployment of Hardware and software

· Daily/Weekly Checklist of items for preventative maintenance

· Window Updates and Antivirus management

· Maintain Hardware including but not limited:

o Scanners

o Tablets

o Printers

o Desktop/Laptop

o Mobile Handhelds

o Wi-Fi

· Asset Management of hardware

· Software and application troubleshoot

· All other tasks as assigned

Must be proficient in

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Instrumental in documenting procedures

· Meticulous with all help desk request added to helpdesk

· Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree beneficial
  • A+ certification recommended
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong passion for excellence
  • Experience in building relationships with people at all levels
