If so, Pantheon may have a career opportunity for you! Pantheon Computers is seeking candidates for a Systems Administrator. The successful applicant will possess experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting small business networks that include servers, firewalls, workstations, wireless technologies, etc. They will also be able to troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide excellent customer service to end users.

Job Duties:

• Server Administration including Active Directory and Group Policy
• Administrate Office 365, including Exchange Online, permissions and groups, etc.
• Install, update and configure firewalls
• Install and troubleshoot backup and recovery solutions
• Install and troubleshoot network devices such as switches, networked printers/scanners, wireless access points, etc.
• Install and troubleshoot PCs, laptops and thin clients
• Provide end-user support via remote service tools
• Create and maintain accurate documentation
• Help create and use procedures to ensure standardization across client networks
• Continually increase your knowledge base to stay current with technological advance

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Background vetting
• Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems (server and workstation)
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a larger team
• IT Knowledge that encompasses most WAN and LAN aspects of a small business network
• Experience with troubleshooting Mac computers highly preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
