Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking an innovative System Administrator. This will NOT be a remote position and will require to be on campus in Scottsbluff.

In a changing and competitive marketplace, you will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure for Regional West Health Services.

You will ensure the development and implementation of programs which support the effective and efficient flow of patient’s information across the system and maximize financial and clinical performance.

As the RWHS System Administrator you will:

• Be responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
• Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IS policies and procedures
• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media

You may be a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field
• At least 2 years of Information Systems experience, preferably in the healthcare environment.
