IT Tech Responsibilities:

• IT Technician Position Pay: Based on Experience
• Basic user computer/laptop setup.
• Monitoring and Maintenance on production computers, scales and printers.
• Tech would be very involved on the production floor in ensuring all scales, computers and label printers are functioning properly.
• Tech would be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting issues during production hours. ·
• Office Printer installation ·
• IT Equipment checkout to employees ·
• Maintaining supervisors iPad ·
• Outlook Email setup for new hires ·
• Computer operator training ·
• Networking tracking and monitoring ·
• Special technology projects throughout the plant.
• Qualifications ·
• Detail oriented ·
• Organized ·
• Ability to work in cold and warm environments on a production floor.
• IT/Computer Experience ·
• Experience with Excel and Word ·
• Active Directory Experience Preferred. ·
• Ability to troubleshoot issues on the spot
