We’re seeking Tier 2 or Tier 3 individuals who are smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving IT problems. Our IT support solutions use the some of the latest technology stacks and cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate with our team of close-knit IT gurus who are passionate about technology and who you can learn from.

Your role as a IT Technician requires you to handle both routine and complex troubleshooting activities that includes working in an office, utilizing remote diagnostics, or jumping in your car to head to a client's site. The IT Technician is a critical, front-line position that requires interaction with customers.

As an experienced IT Technician, you will be most successful if you've had hands-on experience with:

• IT Help Desk Support
• Active Directory, DNS, WINS, DHCP
• Firewall configurations
• System configurations
• Windows Servers 2012, 2016 & 2019
• Microsoft Office, Office 365, Windows 10,
• Google Apps
• Android/iPhone/iPad
• Remote support and best practices

Certifications desired but not required in the role:

• MCSA, or MCSE or MCITP
• CompTIA A+/Network+

Here’s what you will do:

• Provide exceptional technical support and assistance
• Respond to the daily queue of service support requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
• Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction

To be successful, we believe you will bring:

• A drive to assist customers and solve their technical problems
• Excellent problem solving and intuitive troubleshooting skills with a commitment to continual learning
• At least 3+ years of experience in related IT tasks
• Knowledge and experience providing end-user desktop support, email support and phone support
• Ability to be calm under pressure with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet established deadlines
• Equally happy to work as part of a team, as well as individually where necessary
• Excellent communicator, able to speak to end users positively and explain technical information in a manner they can understand
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work in a team and communicate positively and effectively
• Passionate about using your IT knowledge and skills to deliver excellent customer service

Other needs:

• Regular and reliable attendance to our Indianapolis office. Please do not apply if you are outside the Indianapolis area.
• Some local travel to clients around Indianapolis using your own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed
• A background check and clean DMV report
• U.S. Citizenship

Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with an on-call rotation for after hours and weekend support.
