Alturas Capital Partners is seeking to add a full-time Property Accountant. This valuable member of our accounting team will assist with various accounting tasks as outlined below. Alturas Capital Partners manages a fast-growing real estate fund headquartered in Eagle, ID with approximately $530 million of assets under management. Job Responsibilities

Perform month-end, quarter end, and year-end closing tasks for assigned assets, including but not limited to:

· Reviewing and approving invoices within or workflow system

· Semi-weekly vendor payment

· Semi-weekly bank reconciliations

· Manage weekly cash flow spreadsheet to determine which payables are to be paid

· Assist with tenant and vendor inquiries

· Process monthly tenant billings and other miscellaneous bill backs

· Record all property transactions including monthly accrual entries

· Calculating and reconciling property management fees

· Intercompany invoicing

· Generating quarterly financial statements packages

· Assist with onboarding new properties and disposing of existing properties into the accounting software

· Providing support to other members of the company, as needed

· Maintaining a high level of professionalism with all tenants, subcontractors, and other service providers

Requirements

· Capable of taking ownership and completing tasks assigned to them in a timely manner

· Attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work and collaborate in a team

· Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

· Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel

· Working knowledge of Yardi is preferred, but not required

· General knowledge of accounting practices and US GAAP a plus, but not required

· 2 Years of On-the-job accounting experience

· High School Diploma Required; College accounting classes preferable
