Current Cisco Professional level certification required plus 5 years of experience after obtaining a professional level certification or an expert level

Process customer transactions, provide customers with account information, cash disbursement, check cashing, and cash drawer balancing.

LCADC or Mental health licensure (LSW/LAC) and/or master's degree in related field is preferred. Utilize quality assurance markers to evaluate the continued
