We are a 5th generation, family-owned and operated business and industry pioneer based out of Hanover, MA. We have one of the largest installed base of mills and air classifiers in the world. Since 1883, we have been building size reduction and air classifying equipment, serving customers and installations worldwide. Due to company growth, we are seeking a Jr. Product Manager to provide sales support to our Product Managers. Top candidates will have the ability to learn a technical product line, understand complex value propositions, and communicate that value to customers.

What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Provide quotes
- Set-up, run, and provide reports on customer tests
- Provide Salesforce support
- Provide sales support to Manufacturer Reps
- Route inquiries to appropriate Product Manager
- Attend trade shows
- Research new markets and opportunities
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferred
- Sales support experience, minimum of 1 year
- Salesforce or other CRM platform experience
- Technical product line knowledge or ability to learn quickly
- Strong research skills
- Willingness to take initiative
- Ability to adapt
