Our Laboratory is a well-rounded team of experienced individuals that work to integrate and transmit information to assist in the diagnosis or monitoring of human disease. This position works within Hematology, Chemistry, Immunology, Coagulation, Blood Gases, Urinalysis, and limited Microbiology.

What You Will Own and Improve in this Role

• Performing analysis in hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis
• Conducts analysis in chemistry areas, including; blood gases, basic chemistries, immunoassay, and therapeutic drug monitoring
• Transmitting critical value results promptly to nursing personnel

What You Bring to this Position

• High level of organization and drive to complete the tasks at hand
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Prioritization of work to ensure rapid testing and to complete work within acceptable time frame

To Be Successful

A current Washington state Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist certification is required.

Registration as MLS/MT (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) or equivalent is required. Must have associate's degree as MLT or bachelor's degree as MT/MLS.
