Wright Technical Services is representing one of the largest Automation Consulting firms in the country serving customers around the globe. They are a leader in their respective industry and have a history of invention and innovation. This company is experiencing rapid growth and they are adding to their Test & Measurement team. Note this is a direct hire permanent position with our client.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of custom Test & Measurement solutions for clients that span numerous industries. As a key member of the Test & Measurement team, the T&M Engineer will be a go to LabVIEW expert working with senior engineering staff internally and working with customers externally. The Test & Measurement solutions you help to create are critical to the customer's long-term Quality Control objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of LabVIEW programming experience.

Desired Qualifications

• LabVIEW certification (CLD or CLA).
• Experience with Robotics and Vision Inspection Systems.
• Experience with NI Real-Time programming for embedded targets (cRIO, PXIe).
• Knowledge of Actor Framework.
• Programmatic interaction with databases such as Microsoft SQL.
• Ability to interact with mechanical designers and provide suggestions.

Responsibilities

• The primary focus will be the automation of Test Systems and R&D systems.
• Interact with customers to define system functionality.
• Design/develop/modify LabVIEW applications.
• Commission system at customers’ sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
