Current open positions:

• Garden Team Leader: This position involves all aspects of landscape maintenance. The garden team leader is highly motivated with the ability to lead a team through daily schedules all while maintaining quality and job profitability. Team leaders monitor job hours and ensure quality control on our client's properties. Strong knowledge of plant identification and pruning techniques is highly recommended.
• Garden Team: This position involves all aspects of landscape maintenance. Garden team members assist the team leader in weeding landscape beds, light pruning of shrubs, and completing the daily schedules.

Currently, we are hiring motivated, reliable individuals for our landscape maintenance division. This position involves all aspects of landscape maintenance. The right candidates are responsible for all aspects of our landscape maintenance division. Applicants must have the drive to work outdoors, in a team environment, be able to take direction from site foremen and supervisors, follow company systems and safety protocols, have a good work ethic, and show up on time. Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred.
Schedule:

• 10-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Vermont (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape Install: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Multiple locations

• 5 PM
