We are looking for Lead Preschool Teacher with experience working in a Montessori classroom.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or higher
• Preferred at least five years working experience in a preschool or daycare
• CPR certification and any other health requirements as required by Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (TDPRS) for licensing and certification
• Demonstrated competence in written and oral communication
• 5+ years of experience working in a Early Childhood Environment (Montessori Preferred)
• Completed training at an accredited Montessori Center .
• Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods that cater to the needs of the individual child.

General

• Arrive promptly daily to prepare class.
• Work directly under the supervision of the Head of School
• Ensure the responsibility for the safety and physical well-being of the children at all times. Help maintain an environment that meets or exceeds State health, fire, and child-care requirements.
