Job Responsibilities include…

• Proficiency in water mitigation & mold remediation, fire damage clean-up a plus
• Creating a scope of work & project instructions for the crew consistent with IICRC standards & company processes
• Establishing & maintaining a project schedule while directing the team to deliver all services in a timely manner
• Collecting thorough documentation of the job, including field logs, photos, readings, graphs, & sketches
• Communicating professionally with customers about the scope of work, job status, & documents required for job initiation, change orders, & completion
• Keeping vehicles, equipment, & warehouse clean, maintained & organized to be available at any time
• Fostering a positive environment for team members to do their job & develop their skills, may include training
• Delivering a high level of customer service resulting in outstanding customer satisfaction & 5-star reviews
• Performing other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
• Emergency response after hours & on weekends, as needed

Job Requirements include…

• IICRC Certified with 2+ years industry experience, Encircle & Xactimate knowledge a plus
• Commitment to follow proper safety & work processes at all times
• Ability to build positive, professional relationships with customers & co-workers
• Willingness to attend training & acquire new skills for the job, as needed
• Great written & verbal communication skills; Bi-lingual is a plus
• Technology literate in word processing, spreadsheets, email & texting
• Must be available for emergency calls & rotating on-call shifts
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Drug-free & eligible to work in the U.S.
