Supervise, mentor, and develop the operations staff to meet the needs and requirements of the Operations Department. Manager or Supervisor Experience or better.

May operate hand-held tools, electrical tools, and/or pneumatic tools. Reads and interprets blueprints, traveler requirements, and manufacturing instructions.

Current Washington State Occupational or Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status). Experience in Hand Therapy, CHT certification preferred.
