Law Firm firm has an immediate opening for a Client Intake Specialist.

We are looking for candidates who have experience either working at a law firm, or experience working at a call center, or working in a customer service capacity. You must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Fielding prospective clients calling for first-time consultation
• Detailed documentation of intake calls
• Calendaring of appointments, meetings, and phone calls with prospective clients
• Follow-ups with prospective clients
• Follow-ups with attorneys
• Scheduling meetings

Qualifications: Bilingual (English and Spanish)

• Excellent technical skills (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent professionalism and communication skills
• Strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Good references
