This platform does more than detection - we discover. Our technology identifies specific DNA mutations to show what IS happening rather than what MAY.
We operate at the cross roads of chemistry, biochemistry, software, hardware, photonics, semiconductors, and molecular biology.
Our Founder is a well respected and award winning serial entrepreneur.
We have been in business for 10 years and have 100 employees.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Linux System Administrator with basic web development skills and some experience with AWS/S3.
We're not looking for a strong engineer, but our ideal candidate will have some experience with back end development, databases, and APIs. No sophist cited front end or design experience needed.
The right candidate will also have experience with the following - Python, AWS/S3, Docker, and clusters.
You will be leading the effort to build out next generation compute and data services
We generate massive amounts of data utilized by our internal team, including scientists and ML engineers. This data needs to be processed, analyzed, cached, and readily available for complex, distributed workflows.
This data infrasutcure is composed of compute clusters, databases, various file system data stores, and multiple custom microservices.
You will be working on and owning an internal tool utilized daily by around 50 employees.
Right now, this tool is running out of one of our offices. We have multiple offices across the country and are looking to 1) move it into the cloud, 2) de-centralize this toll to be utilized by employees across the country.
Our tech stack includes - AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, JavaScript (React & Vanilla JS), REST, and GraphQL.
