First Alliance Home Mortgage (FAHM) is currently looking for Loan Officers to join our Inside Sales Team! Loan Officers need the proper tools to succeed and we have you covered! We are small enough where you matter and you are not just a number at FAHM! FAHM is Large enough to offer great products, aggressive rates, and fast turn times but still small enough to care. We provide Loan Officers with the best leads, technology, resources, loan programs, and compensation within the industry. Turn times are extremely good right now and have no overlays . Loan Officer Responsibilities:

• Taking and working leads provided to you through various company marketing channels.
• Collecting borrower financial and credit information via CRM and Encompass 360 LOS.
• Reviewing borrower credit information and financial information for qualification purposes
• Educating borrower on loan process and assisting them in identifying appropriate loan through their specific needs or wants.
• Structuring loans for borrowers, including rates, fees, and benefit of loans.
• Providing customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
