At an important moment for Smarter Logistics, when we are expanding our services and opening a new office in Tampa, we are looking for qualified Logistics Account Executives – Inside Sales professionals who are interested in joining a growing company with career advancement opportunities, aggressive commissions, and a high-energy work environment. Carrier Sales Agents are encouraged to apply.

Your day-to-day:

• We will provide you with lists of potential clients so you can make outbound calls and build your own book of business
• You will create and maintain relationships with current clients and potential clients
• You will negotiate rates with carriers and shippers
• Follow up the whole shipping process to provide our customers the best experience, resolve issues, and ensure pickup and delivery are on time

What do we expect from you?

• Experience with Inside Sales is required
• Experience with logistics or as a Freight Broker is preferred
• Sales minded and internally driven to succeed
• Must be trustworthy and honest
• Strong telephone skills and written communication are a must
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
