To help ensure this growth, we’re seeking a motivated Low/No-code Solutions Architect to:

• Review the details of our clients' business processes along with their platform usage to create a diagram that illustrates the current flow of their processes.
• Develop process solutions using the current flow diagram that optimizes and standardizes our clients’ business processes through the use of third-party automation/integration software (Make.com (Integromat) and Zapier), productivity tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, and Asana), as well as, any other platforms that are unique to their business processes.
• Create proposed process diagrams based on the developed solutions to illustrate the future state of the workflows.

You’ll be a successful Low/No-code Solutions Architect if you:

• Have a solutions-oriented mindset with an integration/automation expertise.
• Can quickly understanding new software and a desire to dive beneath the surface.
• Have experience designing and building custom process automation/integrations using Make.com(Integromat), Zapier, and/or custom API calls.
• Have the aptitude to build and optimize business processes in productivity tools including Asana, ClickUp, and Monday.com.
• Have proven experience in creating diagrams to illustrate business processes.
• Have the ability to effectively document the implemented solutions.
• Have excellent project communication and problem-solving skills.
