Looking for an experienced and dynamic professional manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance Division.

Reporting to our owner and managing a team of over ten, this full-time senior position must have maintenance or operations management experience as well as strong organizational, leadership and communication skills. Ideal candidate has experience in the hospitality experience, but others may be considered.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, team scheduling, maintenance documentation and follow-up, software system updates and training, developing and updating department procedures, multi-vehicle fleet management and other related duties.

Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills and are a must, as well as the ability to multitask. Candidate must be detail-oriented, flexible with work schedule and possess the ability to maintain a positive and energetic work environment while motivating staff and meeting specific company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,761.93 - $122,050.77 per year
