Ensure all phone calls and emails are answered or messages returned in a timely, courteous manner. Complete all business-related requests and correspondence

Sort, check, enter, and distribute driver paperwork. Requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions. Make alternative arrangements for clients should changes arise.

Must have minimum of 2-year experience and valid driver's license. Two office locations- East Syracuse and Fabius NY.
