At Urban Air, the Assistant Manager Cafe & Park Operations is a high-level supervisor and leader who will build strong teamwork in a fast-paced, exciting environment. A strong team environment is crucial for our business and we need store managers who will embrace and promote that type of a workplace.

Our Management team is trained to learn every nuance of the business, so whether you’re creating an award winning birthday party experience, hosting a corporate event, or overseeing a Teen Night, we’ll provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary for success.

Compensation depends on experience, but base pay will range from >$18.00/hour with an opportunity for an additional monthly bonus. Must be able to work Evenings/Weekends as needed.

The tasks will range from:

• Managing cafe staff & weekend operations of the Park by ensuring all food orders are delivered with attention to quality and timeliness.
• Managing cafe inventory during the week
• Ensuring food service areas are always spotless
• Open and Close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends
• Promote team culture throughout the facility (both employees and customers)
• Monitor on-site staff
• Monitor proper maintenance, cleanliness and inventory of the facility and equipment
• Promote safety for employees and customers
• Managing Party bookings, confirmations and follow-ups.
• Responsible for ensuring customer incident reports are accurately completed and documented

This is a Full-time job in an exciting and growing entertainment industry. Experience in hospitality, restaurants and/or management is preferred. Must be able to work weekends and some day shifts (Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon-Tues)

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving, decision-making, conflict management and customer service skills required
• Organization skills and proven ability to supervise and coach fellow team members required
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office preferred
