An exciting role has recently become available for an experienced Compensation Analysis Manager in the Human Resources department of this outstanding non-profit, community health system in the Greater Seattle Area. Join a growing organization as a key leader for Human Resource management.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Compensation Analysis Manager will oversee a complex and critical support department that works with a geographically dispersed community-based health system. Supported by a team of Compensation and Benefits Analysts, this Manager will lead operations critical to attracting and retaining top Hospital and Healthcare talent. A strong background in human resources leadership in the healthcare industry, as well as experience leading market and trend analyses, situation analysis, and staff compensation analyses will be critical to the Manager’s success.
Priorities for the Manager of Compensation Analysis will include specific oversight of a wide array of HR Compensation and Benefits programs, such as:
