Job Description :

Essential Functions

  • Partner with Marketing team in developing and deploying digital marketing techniques that drive lead and demand generation
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Develop the SMS marketing strategy with the aim of maximizing contact with existing and new customers to improve customer retention and conversion
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic communications
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Understand and help optimize conversion points throughout the marketing & operations funnel for clients base
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Manage relevant marketing channel budgets, including budget spend
  • Develop and deliver relevant digital marketing reports to senior management
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, strategic send/deployment strategies

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent years in
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in digital or affiliate Marketing
  • 2+ Years managing the digital marketing platforms
  • 2 years working in a C2B business model

Computer Software/Hardware/Programs:

  • Domo
  • Microsoft Office Products, including PowerPoint
  • Moderate understanding of SQL language queries

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time
  • Frequently required to talk and hear
  • Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be able to sit in front of computer monitor (s) daily
  • Noise level: moderate noise level daily in an office

Occasional Travel up to 5% of the time may be required
