Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time Position

The wage range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 with consideration given for experience.

AE Design is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a great attitude and the ability to collaborate with technical team members to produce professional proposals, articles/blogs, newsletters, and collateral, and to assist the business development team in presenting AE Design’s services in a compelling and innovative way. The individual must have strong organizational skills, be energetic, and have professional graphic, writing, and presentation competencies.

What You Bring to the Table:

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications

· Min. 3-5 years of professional experience (experience in the A/E/C industry preferred)

· Strategic and innovative thinking

· Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), email marketing software (Mailchimp), Ajera, Open Asset/Bridge, Cosential/Unanet CRM

· Website maintenance (Squarespace, WordPress)

· Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Hootsuite)

· Copywriting – producing copy for web, blogs/articles, newsletters, and other media

· Strong writing and verbal communication skills and familiarity with conference presentations and award submissions

· Detail oriented, strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables in a fast-paced work environment under tight deadlines

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn, continually striving to improve and expand knowledge/skills

How You'll Spend Your Day

The Marketing Coordinator oversees all marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives and ensures all internal and external communication aligns with our business development strategy. They will develop, produce, and implement various internal and external marketing deliverables, including producing thorough and accurate responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for architects and/or Government On-Calls.

The Marketing Coordinator will also demonstrate a high-level of creativity in developing and producing graphics, managing photography, and other information for marketing collateral, branded materials, and client deliverables. They will lead the sharing of marketing information, seek solutions, and offer creative ideas, thoughts, and insight from marketing experience. The Marketing Coordinator will gather and coordinate information and distribute all new employee announcements, project announcements, project updates, award submissions, special event planning, brand awareness and adherence.

This position reports to the Director of Business Development and Marketing.
