Reporting to the CEO, this position is responsible for leading the development of all marketing-related initiatives and materials, maintaining strong internal and external communications with varying audiences and stakeholders. He/she/they will identify, develop, and foster relationships to support long-term and short-term growth priorities.

This trailblazing position will advocate for the strategic development, alignment, and successful deployment of initiatives designed to provide enhanced communication by improving visibility through storytelling and providing a diversified source of communication channels. The Marketing Director will serve as the primary source of collective branding and intelligence, incorporating state-of-the-art decisions/analytics with a disciplined process of program development while championing a culture of execution across the Unlimited Care continuum.

Minimum Requirements:

• · Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing, media, management or similar areas of study.
• · At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or fundraising for a nonprofit organization: human services preferred
• · Valid Driver’s License to perform the duties of the position.
