Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing and creating innovative marketing to showcase the growth and expansion of our products and services
• Develop strategies for each location that coincide with their unique market demographics
• Collaborate with executive team to produce a brand style guide that captures the company’s voice and mission
• Manage digital and print media, social channels, and radio and video and printed materials
• Optimize website for improved ranking in search engine results
• Keeps track of innovative new digital media platforms
• Project management, editing, and design of the annual Walstrom Marine 'Docklines' Magazine
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of each of our products to carefully craft messaging and research customer preferences
• Community involvement in events in which the Company is represented; attending events to have a Company presence
• Create annual recap and revenue driven marketing plan, outline goals for the next year’s communication and marketing efforts
• Travel to all Company locations is necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
• 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment
• Proactive and independent, professional, ability to adapt and effective communication
