Flexo Concepts is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator who is passionate about marketing and technology. The role is new to the company and will be responsible for the execution and management of a wide range of marketing and technology initiatives designed to drive brand awareness, quantify customer engagement, and make improvements to both critical functions.

This role will report to the Marketing Manager and work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to grow and engage our audiences. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is a great collaborator, is passionate about marketing and technology, and has a willingness and aptitude to learn and leverage new technology in an environment of continuous improvement.

The Marketing Operations Coordinator position is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant contribution while learning and leveraging innovative technologies. They will also have an opportunity to hone skills in graphic design, social media management, marketing automation, video development, and other core marketing functions.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• Provide support for the Marketing team and execute initiatives including effective digital marketing campaigns, direct mail, email, social strategies, and in-person events
• Develop, test, and execute nurture campaigns utilizing technologies (Pardot and Salesforce) that engage customers during and after their buying journey
• Manage customer engagements and develop customer communications that include press releases, videos, and how-to guides, for continued education and ongoing nurture campaigns
• Create branded assets and graphics and manage content library to ensure consistency across all Flexo Concepts assets
• Create a community of brand influencers including customer referrals, reviews, testimonials, to increase brand loyalty, product adoption, and customer retention rates
• Create and manage the company’s social media strategy, maintain a monthly calendar, and work across key social media channels including LinkedIn
• Assist in managing website updates to be consistent with company messaging and brand
• Commit to learning and becoming an in-house expert on the use, management, and development of the Salesforce platform (force.com)
• Provide customer feedback to the Sales, CX, and Operations teams
• Work cross-functionally to support the Sales and Customer Success Team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing or related marketing role
• Technical knowledge and interest in the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, and Account Based Management (ABM) platforms (knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce a plus)
• Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs to drive customer engagement and advocacy
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
• Ability to write compelling copy
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
• Experience with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe photoshop, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of software related to the position, including WordPress, Google Analytics, HootSuite, Spout Social, and/or other web-based applications
