Marketing Specialist ACT Test Panels LLC

This individual will be responsible for supporting the VP, Business Development and Sales with key activities including market intelligence, social media, content development, catalog maintenance, content marketing, idea generation, and key analytics demonstrating return on marketing investment. The incumbent will learn the fundamentals of how ACT defines and integrates marketing strategy into its growth initiatives.

Manage Marketing Communications Activities

  • Create Content and Manage Social Media Platforms
  • Conduct direct mail and electronic advertising campaigns
  • Develop and maintain division literature including technical bulletins, catalogs, and newsletters
  • Prepare graphics and messaging for print advertising, tradeshow backdrops, and other related graphics.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination as well as occasional staffing of tradeshow booth.

Website Management

  • Maintain website content in English and work with translations to other targeted languages.
  • Manage website products – add new items, remove obsolete items.
  • Manage website product details – item photos, drawings, descriptions, pricing.
  • Manage web customer account requests

Market Analytics

  • Conduct market research and market segmentation
  • Recommend ad target messaging by analyzing and interpreting data
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate marketing projects to ensure continuity and success
  • Structure content for specific content audiences
  • Base understanding of digital marketing metrics from application such as Google Analytic

  • Travel – Rare travel beyond Hillsdale, MI.

Education/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING requirements

  • Required:
  • Associate degree
  • +2 yrs Customer Service Experience
  • Advanced Microsoft & Excel Proficiency
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
