Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Tampa, Florida (Partial remote work is possible, although must be able to commute weekly to downtown Tampa office)

Salary: $55k/annually ($50k to start +/- depending upon experience and demonstrated results. Salary increase to $60k after 6 months upon achievement of defined key performance indicators)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing a wide variety of digital and traditional marketing activities necessary to build two brands, new partnerships, and new client relationships. This includes helping manage the agency relationships required to support our marketing efforts. This is a hands-on marketing position with a variety of career growth opportunities as iA grows.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand iA business goals and marketing plan
• Coordinate and implement marketing activities and events, such as seminars, trade shows, sponsorships, email marketing, advertising, social media, and reputation management
• Identify marketing strategies and activities
• Maintain network of websites, social sites, and other internet listings from a marketing perspective. Developers to the coding
• Support development, activation, and ongoing management of business partnerships
• Manage reporting dashboard, ensuring that marketing activities ultimately drive new clients and revenue

Required Experience, Education, Demonstrated Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) preferred
• 3+ years of marketing experience – corporate marketing department or agency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely organized, with ability to manage multiple projects across teams
• Experience with MS Office suite, including intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively anticipate, own, and resolve issues
• Digital marketing experience and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, Sprout Social is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive) is preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
