Field incoming requests to the Operation Services via both telephone and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.

Review and evaluation of product design through informal and formal design reviews as well as through design verification test plans and reports.

Ability to conceptualize and develop ideas through a group or independent brainstorming sessions. Bachelors Degree in graphic design or other related fields.
