We are looking for an upbeat, all star medical assistant with experience to join our busy 25 year plus family practice. You will be responsible for prepping the patients for the doctor, including getting vital signs, performing PFTs, EKGs, and Urinalyses, getting patient histories, putting together allergy kits, drawing blood, etc. Light admin work is also necessary when needed. We are a small practice and treat every staff member like family, so we are looking for someone who wants to be with us for the long term. Allergy experience not necessary, we will train you.

Phlebotomy experience required.

It is particularly important to us to hire someone positive, friendly, trustworthy, and efficient, who truly cares about patients but is also detail oriented and able to keep things on schedule. You must be 100 percent reliable, as you will be the only medical assistant for the doctor. Leaving early and coming in late are not acceptable. A sense of humor and Spanish skills are a plus!

The hours are:

Wednesday 8am-2pm Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am -2pm

These hours are non negotiable.

You will be working sometimes in our Danbury office, sometimes in New Fairfield. Thus, please do not apply if you live more than 30 minutes away from Danbury.
