The primary responsibility of this position is to answer telephone calls in order to schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule of four veterinarians.

Associates or bachelors degree (accounting or business administration preferred) or related work experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.

Data Entry into Quick Books Software, Bank Reconciling, Faxing, copying, filing, phone calls and emails as needed. Must have good customer skills.

O Assists with emergency scheduling as needed to ensure appropriate staffing for front office. O Performs and oversees the posting of daily transactions and

Providing direction and general oversight to contractors. Construction and engineering plans for development. Ability to travel to different job sites.
