Supervise Daily Operations of the Member Resource Center and Branch Support Specialist operations while performing a variety of duties to provide services to members. The primary function of this position is to provide outstanding service to members by promoting and selling credit union products and services to new and existing members by fully utilizing job-relevant technical skills, maintaining/updating technical skills and seeking to enhance service skills. This position requires the ability to make decisions within established guidelines, the willingness to work within a sales environment, and the ability to be a team player in an organization that values the spirit of teamwork. Responsible for providing complete telephone and electronic assistance to the membership, including processing loan requests as well as providing account information and handling monetary transactions. Handle requests received by mail, fax, chat or Internet services and prepare any resulting documents.
