Responsibilities:
As a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst, you will work with our Mergers & Acquisitions team to provide in depth financial analysis across the entire investment lifecycle. Your ability to assess each target’s earnings, net working capital, and forecasted performance to determine an overall valuation will be essential for directing the team’s investment strategy. If you have a strong financial background and exceptional project management skills, this is the position for you!
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required, Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with financial data analytics
  • Knowledge of Mergers, Acquisitions, or Private Equity investment lifecycle preferred
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
