You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Review, recommend and implement changes to Communications-Computer Systems Installations Records (CSIR), technical data, engineering drawings and equipment

The applicant should have front and/or back medical office experience as well as knowledge of medical terminology and excellent customer service skills.
