Who we are looking for: An IT Support Engineer to provide both onsite and remote service to clients in the Denver/Boulder metropolitan area, with an emphasis on clients located in the Denver area. This position may be required to assist with clients throughout RMTT's client service area, extending from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and beyond.

Are we an MSP?: It's complicated. We do the best things that MSPs do, like a proactive approach, but we're not so cookie cutter. Our team gets to think outside the box instead of only pushing and supporting "the stack". And we still love onsites... gets you out of your chair and it goes the extra mile for customer service. Work/Life balance: We strive to keep our work week to 40 hours, when the occasional project calls for additional hours, we offer Flex Time: Work 8 hours on a Saturday for a migration? You've banked 8 additional hours of time off to use whenver you'd like.

Required technical expertise includes network administration, managing cloud based services, installation/management of on premise hardware and software equipment and related network services.

Bonus to have senior level Mac experience.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate hour tracking
- Submit hours and mileage weekly
- Provide reliable transportation to and from all on-site client work
- Collaborate with scheduling team on daily activities
- Develop quotes for hardware/software
- Manage IT projects from idea to implementation

Day-to-day activities
- Assist a variety of clients using different IT environments either on-site or remotely (sometimes both!)
- Schedule coordination with the scheduling team
- Working with the remote team as necessary and/or scheduled
- Coordinating support with other on-site and/or remote technicians
- Collaborate with hardware and software vendor support

Helpful additional experience
