Job Title: Multi-Media Production Manager
Department: Communications/Public Affairs
Location: 143 W Market Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46204
Reports to: Creative Director
Job Statement:
The Multi-Media Production Manager (‘Manager’) will drive multi-media marketing and communications strategy for the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR). The Manager is responsible for the production and deployment of a variety of audio/video/digital media assets to advance IAR’s external marketing and member communications goals, featuring a regular schedule of promotional, informational and advertorial-style videos.
The Manager will play an instrumental role in building IAR’s internal audio and video production capacity, having the unique opportunity to shape their working environment by implementing plans for an internal studio facility in the REALTOR® Building. The position will coordinate the integration of video, audio and other digital media into the Association’s overall marketing communications plan under the supervision of the Creative Director.
Job Duties (including but not limited to)
Audio/Video Production
● Work with the Creative Director to identify, budget, procure and – if necessary – facilitate the installation of equipment, related software and other technology/facility needs for IAR’s internal production studio, along with a suite of equipment for remote recording.
● Going forward, oversee the operation – and upgrades as needed – of the studio, acting as liaison with local associations and other partners that may make use of these capabilities.
● Work with the Creative Director, Vice-President of Public Affairs and other IAR staff to create a schedule of video content to populate IAR social media platforms, member communications, event promotion and support, and reinforce the Indiana REALTOR® brand to external audiences.
● Produce (and work with external providers as needed) longer-form video projects, (e.g. member profiles, documenting Association events, etc.) as needed.
● Be responsible for all technical aspects of production – planning, recording, editing and post- production effects – for video and audio content under the supervision of the Creative Director.
Social Media Design & Strategy
● Contribute to IAR’s overall marketing communications and member engagement goals by creating a variety of other digital content – social media graphics, digital advertising, other visuals and graphic assets – delivered via IAR’s social media platforms, e-newsletters and website.

● Coordinate regular social media posting, website edits and upgrades, and facilitate IAR’s regular schedule of e-mail communications under the supervision of the Creative Director.
Data Visualization Support
● Work with IAR’s Director of Data Analytics, Creative Director and Vice-President of Public Affairs to develop and execute a strategy for promoting IAR’s real estate market resources, using data visualizations to show market trends, etc.
● This will include creation of infographics, consistently-branded graphics for presentations and posting, templates for market reports, animated online content and others ways to depict data in a visually appealing, accessible way.
RECP (Real Estate Certification Program)
● Support audio and video production of online education courses for RECP, as well as promotional content for these classes and RECP generally.
Job Specifications
● Strong expertise in video and audio recording, editing/production.
● Expertise and strong interest in graphic design, with the ability to produce engaging content - working within established brand standards – for a variety of audiences.
● Proficiency in the Adobe suite of creative/design programs.
● Familiarity with social media posting, CMS and e-mail platforms, e.g. Buffer, Emma (e-mail), willingness to learn specific programs.
● A willingness to actively engage with IAR colleagues, REALTOR® members and association resources to better understand the real estate industry and gain insight on key audiences for
IAR’s marketing communication efforts.
● An appreciation of the diversity of individuals and groups that make up the IAR’s employees,
REALTOR® membership and broader customer base.
● Ability to work independently, anticipate problems, and initiate corrective actions.
● Ability to communicate/coordinate effectively and efficiently with inside and outside sources.
● Ability to interpret feedback logically and consistently.
Additional Information
FLSA: Exempt
Position type/hours: Full time; in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; remote optional Wednesday and Friday (8:30 AM - 5 PM)
Review Process - Creative Work: Candidates should be prepared to submit samples of original creative work samples reflecting this role (could include print, digital and video), and undertake a relevant project as part of the interview process.
Preferred education/experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts, Graphic Design, Telecommunications, Marketing or related field
● Demonstrated technical proficiency related to the job duties described above and experience with related tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Work environment: Office setting; alongside immediate supervisor
Physical demands: Candidate should be able to lift/carry moderate weight; some physical exertion
(e.g. moving equipment) is possible with this position.
Travel: Minimal; some day-to-day travel to locations within Indiana required
