We are seeking a self motivated and organized Home Builder - Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of contractors and work with the home owners daily to provide a rewarding experience for your home owners and ensure our homes are built to top level construction standards

Responsibilities:

Manage your team of contractors to build to build top quality custom designed homes to our customers needs throughout the pittsburgh suburbs on a scattered lot environment. Create the best built homes by running an organized schedule and ensuring detailed quality standards to create the best home building experience for your customers.

• Work with home owners daily to provide the best experience in custom home building
• Coordinate the daily activities to complete the schedule on time
• Train, Coordinate, and Inspect work of contractors to ensure quality standards
• Efficiently manage an organized construction schedule daily
• Drive from home site to home site to conduct inspections and train contractors daily
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous residential or commercial construction experience or education
• General knowledge of construction practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Enjoy working with people - contractors and home owners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills to schedule and communicate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
